To interact with Urbantz Support, you will first need to create an account in our Help Center.
Here’s how:
1. Click on the Sign in option in the top right corner of the welcome screen.
2. A pop-up will appear with two options:
• Sign up - choose this option if you have never contacted our support team before
• Get a password - choose this option if you have previously emailed our support
Once your profile is created, you will gain access to your open requests with support.
To do that navigate to your profile icon in the top right of the screen and select Requests.
In the new screen, you can view your own tickets as well as those where you are CC’d.
If you wish to get access to all the open tickets of your organization, you will need to request it via ticket to our support team.
