How to start using the Urbantz web and mobile applications?

To ensure the best performance, a stable internet connection is required. The mobile app is able to work offline for a relative amount of time if necessary: as soon as the connection is back, the changes you made will be synchronised with the server.

1. Web-version

The Urbantz web application can be accessed at https://web.urbantz.com/

The web application is compatible with, and most importantly, optimized for the browser Google Chrome. In order to ensure the best user experience, we highly recommend this browser.

Urbantz usually works correctly in other common browsers (such as Mozilla Firefox, Safari, ...).

We do not support or guarantee the functioning of Urbantz outside of Google Chrome.

2. The mobile application

Urbantz can be downloaded from the App Store for Apple devices and the GooglePlay Store for Android devices.

The URBANTZ mobile application is compatible with the latest versions of Android and iOS as well as their previous versions.

3. Application Ship from Store

We have also developed a specific application for distributors offering deliveries from their points of sale. It allows to create and manage deliveries very easily thanks to its user-friendly interface.

This app is currently available for Android tablets and can be downloaded via Google Play.
