Any user with multi-platform access (example: Platform Managers) can now directly assign platform access to other users with multi-platform privileges.
Follow these steps to grant access:
1. Ensure you have a Platform Manager role or equivalent role with multi-platform access. You can check the roles by clicking this article: What are the different types of user roles?
2. Confirm that the user you want to grant access has multi-platform access capabilities.
3. Navigate to Administration > Users.
4. Search for the user you want to give multi-platform access to.
5. Click on the user's name to open their profile.
6. Scroll down to the "Allowed platforms" section.
7. In the search field, type the name of the platform you want to grant access to.
8. From the dropdown suggestions, click on the desired platform name.
9. After selecting the desired platform save the change.
10. The platform will be added to the user's allowed platforms list.
Important notes:
- Only grant access to authorized users who need multi-platform capabilities.
- Double-check the platform name before confirming to avoid mistakes.
- If you encounter any issues or have questions about user permissions, contact Urbantz support.
- You can only grant access to other users for the platforms to which you already have access.
This feature allows you to efficiently manage multi-platform access for your team members without involving Urbantz support.
