Sender portal (for clients)

The sender portal is an access to the routing management platform of your carrier. This access will allow you to directly communicate your orders/deliveries via

• Excel/CSV file
• API
• Manually created

You will also be able to track the delivery status of each order in real-time. To do so:

1. Log in with your username and password on the platform via https://web.urbantz.com (Do not hesitate to ask your carrier to create an access to the platform if you do not have any credentials)
2. Via the announcements tab, you can upload an excel file in the format provided by your carrier.
3. Afterwards, in the tasks-tab, you will find all the commands inserted in the system. Each order has a status, which evolves according to the progress of the delivery.
