You will also be able to track the delivery status of each order in real-time. To do so;
- Log in with your username and password on the platform via https://web.urbantz.com (Do not hesitate to ask your carrier to create an access to the platform if you do not have any credentials)
- Via the announcements tab, you can upload an excel file in the format provided by your carrier.
- Afterwards, in the tasks-tab, you will find all the commands inserted in the system. Each order has a status, which evolves according to the progress of the delivery.
