FLIK is our AI-powered assistant available directly in the Urbantz Help Center. It’s designed to help you find information faster and more easily by answering questions based on our Help Center content.
Where to find FLIK
You can access FLIK directly from the Help Center by clicking on the chat icon in the bottom corner of the page:

What can you use FLIK for?
Ask questions in plain language (for example: “How do I create a round?” or “Where can I find delivery settings?”). Quickly locate relevant Help Center articles and get guidance without having to manually search through documentation
FLIK works like a chat: you ask a question, and it points you to the most relevant information available.
Language support
FLIK can chat with you in any language. You can ask your questions in the language you’re most comfortable with, and FLIK will respond accordingly.
What FLIK is not for
FLIK is not intended to troubleshoot bugs or technical issues.
