Rounds are created once tasks have been optimized. In the dashboard tab, you'll be able to get an overview of all the rounds and tasks. The different views will help you to better manage planned and ongoing rounds. Navigate between the views list, timeline and map.
In order to manually intervene in rounds, please read our article about the round editor:
1. Timeline
When clicking on the dashboard tab, the timeline view will be displayed by default. Here you'll be able to:
- get a real-time overview of the rounds, displayed on a timeline
- filter rounds on a date, hub, shift, status, round name, carrier and sender
- change drivers by clicking on their name
- see a task summary when hovering (time window, arrival, actual ETA, etc.)
- go to the task detail by clicking on them
- see the progress of ongoing rounds
- Create and save preferred views:
If you always want to see the same type of information on your dashboard, without having to adapt it every time, we suggest creating a preferred view.
Setting up a preferred view is done in a few steps:
- Display all information as you want to see it
- Click on the heart icon
- Give your view a name and save it
To open your preferred view, simply click on the heart icon and select it.
- Display visual alerts on tasks that are at risk
To easily identify tasks that have a timing issue, you can visually highlight those tasks on your dashboard. That way you can see where to intervene to limit your customers’ dissatisfaction.
Two options are available (Administration > Platform > General):
You can choose to see visual alerts for tasks that have experienced timing issues (after the fact) and tasks that will most likely have timing issues. Both options can be combined.
- Completed tasks will be highlighted if they have been delivered, not delivered, picked up etc. 30 minutes before or after the time window.
For example, a task that was supposed to be delivered between 10:00 and 11:00 and was actually delivered at 11:37 will be highlighted.
- Ongoing tasks will be highlighted based on the initial delivery time and the delay or advance that has been accumulated.
- Tasks at risk are highlighted as white blocks with a coloured frame. The colour corresponds to the status and can be looked up in the legend in the top right corner.
Examples: On the screenshot below, you see the following cases:(1) Delivered outside the time window(2) Partially delivered outside the time window(3) Delivery failed outside the time window:
2. Map
When clicking on the map view, you'll be able to see the rounds and tasks displayed on the map. Again, use the filters above to choose what you want to display.
Click on a task if you wish to see its details.
