- Dashboard
- Round Editor
- Round list
- Overview
1. Dashboard
The Dashboard allows you to see, at a glance, all your rounds for a certain day:
You can click on each round to have additional information:
In the round details view that you can see in the screenshot above, there are multiple tabs: each will give you additional insight into the round in question, in real-time, as the round progresses.
For more details regarding the Dashboard section, please read this additional article.
2. Round Editor
From the Dashboard, you have access to the powerful Round Editor, which allows you to create and modify rounds as long as they have not been started yet:
For more details regarding the Round Editor, please read this additional article.
3. Round list
The Rounds list provides you with a list view of all your rounds. The list can be filtered and the view modified to display the information you need. The list can be extracted (in Excel or CSV format).
Each round name can be clicked to access the round details view and rounds can be sorted by all the columns that are available on this screen.
The status of the rounds can be quickly understood following the color-coding explained in the legend:

Note: Please be mindful that at times one of the filters can show the search without presenting any search suggestions as below. In this case, the reason is the high amount of values in the database. The user will have to start typing the value they wish retrieved to start seeing values proposed.
Before typing:
After starting to type a Sender name:
Please also note that in some cases the Driver filter will not show any search option. For such cases, the reason is that the platform doesn’t have any driver configured; the drivers come from the carriers, and this is currently a product limitation where the filters only show the drivers from the platform itself.
4. Overview
The Overview gives you a view of all of your operations, allowing you to filter by hub, sender, or carrier and to group the results by hub, sender, or carrier:
A click on each category will bring you to the relevant section in Urbantz.
