How to assign a round to a different driver ?

Depending on the status of the round, there are different ways to proceed.

• From the Dashboard/ from the Round Editor

1. Look for the desired round and click on the name of the assigned driver
2. Type the name of the new driver and click on "Change"

• From the Round details view

1. Select the round
2. Click on the symbol of intertwined arrows
3. Type the name of the new driver and click on "Change"

2. If the round was started

A round that has been started can't be assigned to a different driver. Only the tasks that have not yet been completed can be assigned to a different driver using the On-Fly feature. 

1. Go to the Dashboard
2. Select the Task that you want to assign to another driver
3. Click on "Search for Rounds"
4. Select the Round with the Driver to assign the task, and then set the Sequence of delivery
5. Click on "Save"

❗ Please be careful about assigning tasks to another round/driver as it will influence your delivery's timing, cost, and sustainability.
