Sometimes delivery or pickup tasks might be reported as having a different address than the one expected.
How to check fast:
- in the response payload look for 'origin'
How to solve it?
1. origin = address book
This is caused by a misconfiguration done by the platform users in the address book (most frequent)
Go to Administration > Address book > search for the task address and correct it
2. origin = Google - if a result returned by Google is not correct you can ask to correct it here: Report data or content errors on Google Maps - Google Maps Help
3. origin =Arcgis/ESRI - report geocoding the issue by using the Geocoding Feedback web map: https://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=b7d30c782d63401894b36a44e62f76a9
4. origin =(blank) - this suggests the task was manually created
Why was the address incorrectly set in the address book?
When updating the address for a task the user has the option to update it in the address book as well. There are cases where the address needs to be updated for the current delivery only and the user disregards the pop-up message and overrides it in the address book as well.
