This document explains the most common issues encountered with ESRI which is the main optimization service provider for Urbantz.
On the platform, tab "Announcement".
When an optimization is done and errors are flagged, an error log button appears.
When clicking on it, a pop-up window opens displaying the reasons.
The user can then dive deeper by clicking the high-level reason and a list with codes/reasons appears.
The eye symbol on the left, allows the user to see the task with the error.
The codes are listed below and they show what actions would be needed in order to change and/or remove the error message
