Overview
The Urbantz Status Page is a dedicated platform where you can check the real-time health and availability of Urbantz services. When we experience service degradations or outages, this page provides transparent, up-to-date information about ongoing incidents and their resolution progress.

What is the Status Page?
The Status Page is Urbantz's public service health dashboard. It allows you to:
- Monitor service availability in real-time
- Receive incident notifications when issues occur
- Track incident resolution progress with regular updates
- Review incident history to understand past service disruptions
Key Features
Real-Time Status Updates
The Status Page displays the current operational status of all Urbantz services and components, including:
- Platform (web application)
- Server infrastructure
- Recipient Portal (tracking page)
- External integrations and providers
Each component shows one of the following statuses:
- ✅ Operational - Service running normally
- ⚠️ Degraded Performance - Service experiencing reduced performance
- 🔴 Partial Outage - Some features unavailable
- 🛑 Major Outage - Service unavailable
Incident Notifications
When an incident occurs, users actively logged into the Urbantz platform receive an in-app notification pop-up alerting them of the issue. This pop-up includes:
- A brief description of the incident
- The affected services
- A direct link to the Status Page for more details
Incident Updates
During an active incident, our team provides regular updates through four stages:
- Investigating - We're working to identify the root cause
- Identified - The cause has been determined
- Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we're monitoring its effectiveness
- Resolved - The incident is fully resolved and services are operational
Each stage includes a message explaining what's happening and what actions are being taken.
