Here is how:
- Click on the section 'Tasks'
- Click on the 'Add'-button
For each type of task, Pickup or Delivery, a dedicated tab will be added.
Tab 1: General
Here the order categories are values that you can define to categorize your products e.g. fragile, heavy etc.
Tab 2: Items
It is possible to add items in two different ways:
- By clicking on the "plus sign" on the right side of the pop-up (nº1) for a quick add.
- By clicking on “Create item manually”, fill-in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk and click ”OK”. This way you can specify additional details while creating the item.
Existing items will be displayed at the bottom of this window.
You can click on each line to edit the items information (name, quantity, dimensions etc.).
Tab 3: Pick-up
Service time: the time required to complete a delivery or pickup.
Extra phone numbers (and emails): allows you to add a second phone number as well as a second email address in case you are not be reachable.
Tab 4: Delivery
Set a second time window: this option allows you to define a second time slot. After enabling the toggle, the fields for a second time window appear. Using this option allows you to assign a second time window for the same day.For example: 07:00-13:00 and 14:00-18:00.
