If you want to know how a certain hub is doing or if a Sender calls and wants to know the status of their tasks, you can browse to your Overview.
The main differentiator with the Dashboard is the point of view: the dashboard provides a view for dispatcher a qualitative real-time overview on operations, while the Overview focuses on a drill-down per hub or sender.
Using the Overview page, you can apply filters to see the real-time status of the operations for Hubs or Senders. Based on the selected filter, you can click through on each metric to a prefiltered task list to do a more detailed analysis of e.g. missing tasks, so you can access them right away and take action if need be.

1. How to read & use the Overview page?
One general way to read the information in the Overview, is from left to right, from high level to detailed information, from a general summary to the item level.
In the example above 9 rounds have been completed, 182 tasks have the status “DELIVERED” corresponding to 319 delivered items. By clicking on the “MISSING” line, a new tab will open, and the corresponding tasks will be displayed.
At the top is the possibility to filter information per day, per hub, per carrier and per sender. There is also the possibility to group information per hub, sender and carrier which changes the point of view on the page.
The toggle Use matching filters only can be used to prevent the selection of an impossible combination of filters that would lead to no results, i.e: If you have 1 task from sender1
in hub1
and 1 task from sender2
in hub2
, using this toggle prevents the selection of hub1
and sender2
and hence getting no results.
2. Create and save preferred views
If you always want to see the same type of information in your Overview, without having to adapt it every time, we suggest creating a preferred view.
Setting up a preferred view is done in a few steps:
- Display all information as you want to see it
- Click on the heart icon
- Give your view a name and save it
- To open your preferred view, simply click on the heart icon and select it
- To remove a preferred view, click on the (-) icon next to the view name
